Very bad. I walked into the store and noticed two sales people speaking amongst themselves. I came in to buy a living room set. I began walking around to see the furniture and found two sets that I liked. During my walk I noticed one sales person sitting on one of the couches near the set I liked but before I could speak to her she walked rapidly to the front. I wanted to speak with someone but the place went ghost. So I walked back to the front where I saw the other two sales people and they began walking very quickly to the back as if to put out a fire. Did not feel welcome in this store. Will never shop here again or support the products. Will not ever recommend this store to anyone. Those recommendations I read were misleading.
This store employees are friendly. They appear to value their customers, (unlike the Brooklyn store). Would highly recommend. Appears to be more diverse as well maybe this is why they can respect a diverse customer base.
The selection, quality and prices at this store are excellent. Our consultant Erica was fantastic, as was the general manager. They were both extremely accommodating and helpful. The only thing I think the store needs to improve is the time it takes to checkout once the selections have been made. While we did have several different transactions, the checkout time was a bit longer than expected. Otherwise, I highly recommend shopping at this store.
I had a great shopping experience at Ashley HomeStore in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. My salesman Theodore was very excellent, and helpful with his knowledge of the products and services offered. I am so glad that I purchased the bed that I wanted, and needed and loved. Thank you Theodore for your help and suggestions.
Danielle, the Assistant Manager of the new Mayfield Hts, Ohio location, is extremely professional, courteous, patient and understanding as well as the General Manager, Rob Starkey. Of all the years my husband and I have spent shopping for furniture, this was by far the best experience we have ever had! The new showroom is beautiful but it was the excellent and knowledgeable customer service Danielle provided that made our experience so exceptional. She was down to earth, not stuffy or eager for commission. We felt as if she was there to truly serve our needs.
