This store has extremely helpful staff. They will bend over backwards to help with returns and other needs. I've had better experiences here than in some of the brand 1st party stores.
The Geek Squad person helped solve my computer problem right away. He knew what to do and got me through it in short order. Very helpful!

Best Buy has come a long way from a few years ago when the service was so bad and just out of the way rude to the point that my husband and i and a few other people refused to support them in anyway. They have turned this store around for the better and im very pleased to see this improvement! Keep up the good work.
Everyone was helpful . I was looking for a good audio/ video game stand that met the utility and function for both. Unfortunately they didn't have one. Someone needs to make something thats not as expensive as BDI or Salamander. Untapped market!!!!
