I stop here every time I come to Mayfield Heights. Good coffee. Great food. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
I have edited my rating after a recent visit. My sandwich was about 1/3 of what it should've been, my mac n cheese had a giant hair in it, my daughter's meal didn't come with the yogurt it should've, My daughters sandwich had VERY LITTLE toppings on it, the tomatoes used on both my husband and my sandwich, was rotten. The salad we got was about half full. I reached out to corporate who said the manager of this store would reach out to me within 2-3 business days. I would avoid this location. I have yet to hear anything. OLD REVIEW:Service is hit or miss here. I went in one Saturday morning and an employee was sleeping on a table.
I love Panera but this location sucks. Not an order goes by that there isn't something wrong with it. Delivery orders are not checked before they leave, sides are wrong, and things are missing or made wrong. This doesn't only happen to me but also my co workers that order rapid pick up and delivery. They try to make it right with a free cookie but wouldn't it be better and cheaper to just do it right the first time? I'll be going to the Beachwood location, in the traffic, from now on because they just can't get anything right. Also I've tried to complain and they are super rude and don't reply to online complaints.
I just got the thinnest moth pathetic looking 9 dollar sandwich I've ever received in my life. If your hungry and looking for food this isn't the place to stop at. My company got catering from then a couple weeks ago from this place. The sandwiches then were thin and pathetic, but I though maybe it was because of the catering. Nope! Their sandwiches are a joke. This place is a complete rip off!! I've never going back to this location!
This (Mayfield) location consistently gets the order wrong. The last straw was getting spoiled avacado with a piece of the rind on the sandwich. Go to a different Panera.
